Job Description

  • Serves as a Supply Systems Analyst in Army Materiel Command (AMC).
  • Develops, gathers, and evaluates key process productivity indicators and performance data.
  • Analyzes findings and presents recommendations to leadership through reports and briefings.
  • Assists other supply chain functions in planning and executing scenarios to inform analyses for leadership and management officials responsible for decision-making.
  • Identifies and defines system requirements to support business processes. Develops and tests system solutions to fill business needs in collaboration with functional users.

Specialized experience is defined as: 1) knowledge and experience with planning, budgeting processes, procedures, policies, and/or regulations regarding funds such as Working Capital Fund (AWCF); 2) demonstrating ability to successfully identify or mitigate risks to fiscal plans that effects readiness impacts; 3) generating/tracking execution plans and/or performing corresponding funding actions within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP); and 4) maintaining relationships with internal/external teams or organizations to effectively execute complex enterprise-wide processes and initiatives. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-02/GS-11.
